CONSULTATION INFORMATION

3. LODGING, MEALS: Anapausis Community US $45.00 per person per day (Double/Multiple Occupancy) OR $57.00 per person per day (Single Occupancy)
4. TRANSPORTATION: US $10.00 Airport Transfers
5. DEADLINES: Accommodations, Reservations and Flight Information -Feb.1.
6. REGISTRATION FORM: A registration form is provided for your use. Indicate travel information on it.
7. ARRIVAL: After clearing customs, proceed through exit door and watch for CETA sign (s).
8. DELEGATES: Any number may attend, but only one voting delegate is allowed for each member school.
9. REGISTRATION FEE: US $100.00 Paid upon arrival
10. EXIT TAX: There is a TT $100.00 Departure Tax from Trinidad & Tobago.
11. VISA: Please inquire at the T & T embassy or consulate in your country.
12. HANDOUTS: Please bring 50 copies of your College Report, Catalogue and other relevant material for distribution.
13. MEMBERSHIP FEES: Please be prepared to clear any outstanding membership and/or other dues owed by your school to ensure your school’s voting privileges.
14. TOURS:Tours may be arranged at a cost to participants. Details will be available at registration.
